Cocktail 1: Penicillin

A modern classic from the New York cocktail scene, the Penicillin features Peated Bourbon for a smoky-sweet flavor profile. It’s a top choice at the tasting room, blending ginger honey syrup and fresh lemon juice for a balanced, crowd-pleasing drink.

Cocktail 2: Gold Rush

A refreshing twist on a bourbon-based cocktail, the Gold Rush uses Blended Bourbon and honey syrup to create a light, lemonade-like summer drink. It swaps out ginger for a simpler, citrus-forward flavor with lemon juice.

Cocktail 3: KCD Margarita

A bold, citrusy spin on the classic margarita, the KCD Margarita replaces tequila with Grapefruit Jalapeño Whiskey. Combined with lime juice and simple syrup, it delivers a refreshing, unexpected kick, served with a salted rim.
